Lessons From Wildlife - Why the Farm is Called “Little Bear”

Little Bear Lavender Farm sits on 10 beautiful wooded acres, right in the middle of a wildlife migration corridor. All types of wildlife can be viewed on the property including deer, Rocky Mountain Elk, moose and bear (both black and grizzly). The attached podcast episode is from “A Woman in the Woods” podcast that I recorded and released a few years ago. This particular episode talks about lessons I have learned from wildlife and of my magical visits from Little Bear when I first moved to the property. That single interaction left an indelible mark on my heart and naming the lavender farm after him is my way of honoring and remembering those perfect moments.
