DESCRIPTION

Little Bear’s Lavender Elderberry Oxymel is made by hand, in small batches, on our lavender farm. An oxymel is a traditional blend of honey and vinegar, a centuries-old preparation that's tangy, sweet, and full of character. We combine organic elderberries (dried and simmered), naturally grown culinary lavender, organic orange zest, Ceylon cinnamon, and organic ginger with raw orange blossom honey and raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother).

The result is a deep purple, richly flavored elderberry syrup alternative with dark berry notes, warm spice, bright citrus, and a soft floral finish.

Flavor: Fruity and tangy up front, then warm with ginger and cinnamon, and finished with orange blossom and lavender.

HOW TO USE & ENJOY

• Warm drink: stir 1 to 2 tablespoons into hot water or herbal tea for a cozy, spiced cup
• Straight from the bottle: Take 1tsp to 1T daily to reward those tastebuds with a wholesome treat
• Drizzle over yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, or fruit
