It's been a busy season on the farm. I have been growing, distilling, simmering, blending, and bottling, and am excited to introduce everything that's new.
Everything here is made in small batches, and most of it starts with lavender I grow myself. Here's the full lineup, with a few ideas for where to begin.
From the Still: Hydrosol and Essential Oils
I steam distill lavender on the farm, and the still gives us two products: the fragrant water (hydrosol) and the concentrated essential oil. I distill two types of lavender, and each has its own personality.
Angustifolia (English lavender): soft, sweet, and floral
Lavandin: bright, fresh, and bold
Lavender Hydrosol comes in a 16 oz spray bottle in both lavandin and angustifolia and a 32 oz refill jug in lavandin. Use it as a pillow and linen spray, room mist, or facial toner. Angustifolia suits skin and bedtime, and lavandin suits laundry, cleaning, and home scent.
Lavender Essential Oil comes in 10 ml bottles, also in both types. It's 100% pure and steam distilled. Use it in a diffuser, or dilute it for DIY skincare, soap, candles, and cleaning blends.

From the Kitchen: Drinks and Pantry
Drinking Shrubs
Little Bear’s shrubs are tangy-sweet drinking vinegars made with culinary lavender, organic herbs, organic sugar, raw honey, white balsamic vinegar, and raw organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother). Mix 1 to 2 oz with sparkling water for a soda alternative, or use in cocktails and mocktails.

Lavender Elderberry Oxymel
A traditional honey-and-vinegar syrup with organic elderberries, culinary lavender, orange zest, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, organic ginger, raw orange blossom honey, and raw apple cider vinegar. Stir it into hot water or tea, mix it with sparkling water, drizzle it over yogurt and cheese, or just take it daily by the teaspoon. 16 oz.
Lavender & Elderberry Infused Honey
Raw orange blossom honey infused with organically grown American elderberries and culinary lavender. Stir into tea, spoon over brie, or drizzle on warm biscuits. 6 oz.
Lavender Citrus & Rosemary Balsamic Glaze
Cooked grape must and balsamic vinegar of Modena infused with culinary lavender, organic rosemary, and orange zest. Drizzle on roasted vegetables, salads, cheese, salmon, and ice cream. Available in 16.5 fl oz and 8.4 fl oz.
DIY Syrup Kits
Each kit arrives as dry ingredients in a reusable syrup bottle. Simmer on the stove, pour the syrup back into the bottle, and use it in lattes, tea, lemonade, and cocktails.

Everything here is grown, distilled, or made by hand. I use organic ingredients where I can, raw honey, real fruit and herbs, and culinary lavender used with a light hand, so it tastes floral and not soapy.
A Few Notes
Honey products, shrubs, and the oxymel contain raw honey and are not for children under 1 year.
The tea contains caffeine.
Skincare, hydrosol, and essential oil are for external use only. Please patch test, and check ingredient lists for allergens such as tree nut oil. Essential oils are concentrated, so dilute before using on skin and keep them away from pets.
